The Trinidad & Tobago Chess
Foundation is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to
stimulating and enhancing learning skills, via the teaching of a
core Chess programme primarily to children.
Our goal is to use Chess as a
medium to help develop critical thinking skills, build self-esteem,
engender discipline, foster positive social skills, promote academic
achievement, and empower children to succeed. We are also concerned
to make Chess available to the visually impaired.
